Summertime Fruity Freezer Pops
Remember racing to the freezer on a hot summer day for an icy cold popsicle? Now you can treat yourself to a walk down memory lane on a sweltering morning with this weight-loss supporting popsicle recipe.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water, boiling
- 2 Skinny Bunny Raspberry Peach Weight Loss AM tea sachet packets
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Peach Slices
- Strawberry Slices
Place the boiling water and tea sachets in a heatsafe pitcher and set aside to steep for up to 5 minutes. Remove the bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
Fill a 5 ounce paper cup halfway with fruit. Pour in the cooled tea, leaving space at the top of the cup. Repeat until you have no more remaining tea in the pitcher.
Line the cups on a sheet tray that will fit in your freezer and insert a popsicle stick into each one. The fruit should keep it upright but if you’re having trouble keeping them in place, simply cover the cup with tin foil or plastic wrap and press the stick through the center.
Place the tray in the freezer and allow the pops to set up for a minimum of 6 hours -- but overnight would be best. When you’re ready to enjoy, simply tear away the paper cup!
