We all know soda can be unhealthy for us, but sometimes you just can’t stop the craving for something bubbly! Here’s the perfect recipe for a PM treat that scratches that itch, and helps support your healthy sleep habits!

Ingredients:

  • 20 mint leaves (approximately 2 long stems)
  • 10 Skinny Bunny Tropical Chamomile Detox PM tea sachet packets
  • 10 cups of water, boiling
  • Sparkling water, to taste (like La Croix)
  • Lemon, sliced

Add mint leaves and tea sachets to boiling water in a heat safe pitcher, and set aside to steep for at least 5-10 minutes, or up to 30 minutes. The longer you let it steep, the more mint flavor your tea will have! Let this tea concentrate mixture cool completely. 

To serve, fill a tall glass with ice and add equal parts tea concentrate, filtered water, and sparkling water (or to your taste). Garnish with fresh lemon slices and extra sprigs of mint. 

We prepared this recipe with Tropical Chamomile flavored Detox PM Tea, but it would also be delicious with Lemon or Raspberry Peach flavors! Whatever tea you choose, this refreshing spritzer will sate your soda cravings, boost your detox regimen, and help you get better sleep!
